She made me a believer

When my friend held up a matronly nightgown-esque floral dress while we were consignment shopping this summer, I didn't understand the vision she had for it. When she walked into a party  last week in this delightful cocktail number, I didn't even recognize it. She had shortened, altered, and worked her magic to create a dress that is as adorable as she is. 

Like Disco Lemonade

I thought she looked so great in her all metallic get up,( notice those fabulous shoes) that I had to take her picture. Her reaction was so perfect, and shows how sweet she is.  She made the dress perfectly form fitting by adding her subtle accessory at the waist. 

We Need a Little Christmas Right This Very Minute

Christmas has always been my favorite holiday. It is the best excuse to give to others, and to have a little fun with tacky fashion. This year I got to celebrate early with friends and tacky sweaters-what could be better? This young woman took decorations and tacky sweaters to a whole new level, by actually having christmas lights on her sweatshirt. Tacky perfection.
